To ensure complete customer satisfaction, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Appointments
If you have any special medical conditions or allergies, please notify us when making your appointment. We will confirm all appointments 24 – 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your reservation, kindly give 24 hours notice. There is a service charge for last minute cancellations.
Payment
Broad Appeal accepts Cash, Checks, Master Card and Visa for your convenience. A minimum of $25.00 is required for all credit cards. Gratuity can not be added to a credit card or check although they are greatly appreciated.
